£25 site-credit giveaway

These rules apply only to the Facebook “future prize ideas” giveaway closing on Monday 26 October 2026 at 7pm UK time (GMT). This is separate from the previous £100 launch draw and any other promotion.

At a glance

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and resident in England, Scotland or Wales when you enter. Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are not included in this giveaway. The promoter, anyone directly administering this giveaway and members of their households cannot enter. This territory applies to this giveaway only; it does not determine eligibility for future paid draws.

2. How to enter

The entry period starts when the original £25 site-credit giveaway post containing a link to these rules is published on the official Big Smile Draws Facebook Page. Before the closing time, like that post and add a top-level comment telling us a prize you would like to see in a future draw. Cash, gaming gear, shopping vouchers, tech and trips are suggestions, not additional prizes in this giveaway. Your answer is not judged and does not affect your chance of winning.

One entry per person. Extra comments or multiple profiles do not provide extra entries. Comments on shared copies, other posts or private messages are not entries. Liking or following the Page is optional. Sharing and tagging friends are not required and give no extra entries. No selfie, photograph, video, testimonial or marketing subscription is required.

We will include every valid entry from the original post in the final list and check the required post like before selection. Automated, impersonated or fraudulent entries, and entries received after closing, are invalid. Genuine eligibility or duplicate-entry concerns will be reviewed fairly; a shared address or surname alone is not a reason to reject someone. No minimum number of entries or followers is required for the prize to be awarded.

3. The prize and when it can be used

The prize is one £25 promotional credit balance for Big Smile Draws, for the winning person. It can be used towards entry costs once our paid draws open. Paid draws are currently closed. No opening date has been announced, so the winner must be prepared to wait until paid draws are available; this promotion does not promise a particular paid-draw opening date.

This is site credit, not cash, and there is no cash alternative or cash withdrawal. No payment or top-up is required to claim the £25 or redeem its full value. Any unused balance remains available for later eligible use. Entry into a future draw remains subject to its published rules and participation limits. The credit does not guarantee a win in a future draw.

After verifying the claim, we will confirm the winner’s £25 entitlement by email within seven working days. We will contact the winner again with the redemption instructions when paid draws open. This page does not activate a wallet or open paid entries.

4. Winner selection and notification

We will select one winner at random from the complete valid-entry list and make the first contact attempt by Tuesday 27 October 2026 at 7pm GMT. Each valid entry has an equal chance. Selection will use a computer process producing verifiably random results, or an independent person or independent supervision. We will retain the final list and selection evidence.

We will reply to the winning comment from the official Big Smile Draws Page and ask that person to email hello@bigsmiledraws.co.uk. A private message from the same official Page may also be used. We will verify that the claimant controls the selected Facebook profile and meets the age and residence requirements, using only proportionate information.

The selected person has 14 calendar days from the first notification to respond. We will make a reminder attempt after seven days. If they are ineligible, decline, or do not respond after reasonable attempts within the claim period, we will select a replacement from the remaining valid entries within two working days using the same random method. Each replacement receives the same response period. Replacement selection may therefore take more than 30 days after closing.

If a technical problem delays selection or contact, we will explain the delay on the original post without accepting late entries or changing the closing time. We will never ask for your password, sign-in code, card details or a fee to release the prize.

5. Privacy and evidence of the award

Your Facebook comment and post reaction may be visible to other people. We use the profile name, comment, reaction and entry time to administer the giveaway. Only the selected person will be asked privately for the contact and eligibility information needed to verify the claim and deliver the credit. Entry does not subscribe you to marketing. Facebook handles platform information under its own privacy terms.

We keep the minimum entry, selection and claim records needed to administer the giveaway, deliver the prize and resolve complaints. We review them monthly and delete or anonymise them when those purposes end, unless a specific legal obligation requires retention. The winner’s credit entitlement record remains necessary until the credit has been delivered and used or any associated dispute is resolved.

Evidence of a valid award will be made available, ordinarily the winner’s surname and county. You may object or request reduced disclosure by emailing us. Evidence may still be supplied to the Advertising Standards Authority if challenged. A winner’s photograph is not required. For privacy questions or requests for access, correction, deletion or objection, email hello@bigsmiledraws.co.uk. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Meta. By entering, you release Facebook and Meta from responsibility for this promotion to the extent permitted by law. Big Smile Draws is responsible for administering it.
